About RetailX

Since its establishment in 2009, RetailX has had customer experience as its main business area. We have worked with more than 250 chains and shopping centers in Norway and Sweden. The company's software development is organized in a separate subsidiary, Excite Technologies AS. Both companies are ISO 27001/2 certified and will be ISO 9001 certified in 2024.

We are the largest provider of shareable customer insights in Norwegian retail. In 2023, we collected 150 times more customer responses than the entire BI Customer Barometer combined. In total, we collected 750,000 customer responses from shoppers and non-shoppers from over 5,000 stores.
