Since 2009, RetailX has had one clear ambition – to help businesses create customer experiences that stand out.
Through more than 250 collaborations with chains and shopping centers in Norway and Sweden, we have developed methods and technology that strengthen both customer experience, employee engagement and operational execution. All development of our Excite platform takes place internally at RetailX, where our technology environment and business expertise work closely together to create holistic and user-friendly solutions. RetailX is ISO 27001 certified, ensuring high standards of quality, security and reliability in everything we deliver.
We are the largest in shareable customer insights in Norwegian retail. In 2024, we collected 150 times more customer responses than the entire BI customer barometer combined. In total, we collected 1,500,000 customer responses from shopping and non-shopping customers from over 5,000 stores.
