Retailx AS cares about your privacy. Our privacy policy is intended to provide good information about the processing of your personal data and the purpose of the processing.
All our observers are registered in our internal system Webstat and Checker. Relevant personal data is registered there, which Retailx uses so that you, as an observer, can carry out assignments and be paid for them. All data registered in Webstat is our responsibility and will be processed according to the rules that apply at any given time.

Personal data is information that can be linked to you as an individual. These include:

Your phone number
Bank account number
Social security number
We need your personal identity number and bank account number in order to be able to pay you a salary for the assignments and report in accordance with the law. You provided this information when you registered as an observer with Retailx.
The legal basis for Retailx's processing of your personal data is that the processing is necessary in order to fulfill the employment contract with you, and that the processing is necessary in order for Retailx to comply with its legal obligations under the law.
Retailx AS is the data controller for personal data used in connection with the delivery of our products and services. Personal data is processed in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any given time.
Why do we need your personal data? We need your personal data in order for you to carry out assignments for Retailx. We use this information to provide you with the most relevant information in relation to assignments in Retailx that are suitable for you. If you do not wish to receive such inquiries, you can opt out by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
Only employees of Retailx AS process your personal data. All employees are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
Deletion routines of personal data. At Retailx, we do not store personal data for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing, or statutory obligations we have through, for example, accounting legislation. When there is no longer a need to store your personal data, it is deleted.
Retailx AS will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data in ways other than those described in the privacy policy. Your data will only be shared if we are legally obliged or receive your consent.
Partners will only have access to the information if this is necessary to perform services for Retailx. In such cases, data processing agreements are entered into to safeguard information security
